Manager Group Accounting & Reporting

Key Responsibilities

  • Ownership of group financial statements (monthly and annual closures) in accordance with Swiss GAAP FER, as well as standalone financial statements in regional accounting standards
  • Consolidation of corporate data in LucaNet, as well as the ongoing development of accounting policies, will fall under your area of responsibility.
  • Key contact person for auditors and stakeholders regarding accounting and group reporting.
  • Supporting the Controlling team with monthly reporting to management and investors.
  • Managing group financing topics and the group's liquidity management.
  • A variety of projects and special topics within the finance department round off your scope of work.

Qualifications

  • Outstanding expertise, acquired through a degree in Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
  • At least 4 years of professional experience in group accounting and consolidation within an international company, an auditing firm, or a comparable relevant environment.
  • Strong knowledge of consolidation software, ideally LucaNet, combined with a high affinity for IT and data.
  • Experience in a Private Equity-backed environment with a Buy & Build strategy is a plus.
  • A highly motivated, self-driven, and independent way of working defines your professional approach.
