Then you're exactly who we're looking for: In the Financial Shared Service Center of our German holding company, you'll take responsibility for smooth financial processes – working independently, in close collaboration with our agencies, and with a team that values teamwork above all.
Key Responsibilities:
- Posting business transactions for multiple companies in DATEV
- Independent management of accounts receivable, accounts payable and fixed asset accounting
- Support in preparing annual and monthly financial statements
- Preparation of analyses, reports and statistics & general administrative tasks
- Processing payment transactions, due date analysis & dunning procedures
- Participation in finance projects
- Conducting internal control system (ICS) checks and intercompany reconciliations
- Close collaboration within our team and with our agencies across the group
Qualifications
- You have completed commercial training or a degree in finance, accounting or controlling and have already gained 3-5 years of professional experience
- Experience in financial accounting and working with common accounting software
- DATEV expertise desirable
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office, G-Suite knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical thinking, attention to detail and passion for numbers
- Proactive working style and enthusiasm for building something new
