adidas Originals set out to reignite its cultural impact in Germany’s urban fashion scene. The mission: reimagine icons, connect generations.

/02The Goal

With 30 talents, 150 content pieces, and a content-first strategy, we created authentic 2D and 3D formats for Instagram and TikTok. Targeted seeding to key creators and editors sparked organic hype and real street credibility.

/03The Results

11.5 million reach, 14% engagement – and adidas Originals featured the campaign on their own channels. Urban culture that lasts and inspires.
