E-commerce enterprise agency norisk scales up its management team

Munich, 20.04.2023. The Munich-based e-commerce realizer norisk continues to grow and broadens its C-level structure. The founders and managing directors Dominik Haupt and Christian Elsner are relying on in-house expertise and appointing three long-standing employees to the management team.

Under the norisk Group brand, the e-commerce and online marketing specialists have successfully integrated several online agencies in recent years. With experience from over 600 web and omnichannel projects and as part of the MYTY Group, the Munich-based company intends to continue on its growth course.

The norisk Group has been active in the fields of e-commerce and online marketing for over 13 years. The Munich-based company is well known in German e-commerce, serving notable retail brands such as Lodenfrey, Tretter and Sporthaus Schuster, as well as B2B players from industry and agriculture, and international organizations like the Goethe Institut.

As of April 2023, the management team has been expanded by three additional executives, alongside the two founders and CEOs, to a team of five. This step is not only intended to relieve the operational burden on the two founders and previously sole managing directors. Strategically, the new structure also outlines the company’s business focus and areas of growth for the next stages of development.

Familiar faces move to the top

Mark Büchner, previously Head of Project Operations, takes over responsibility for the e-commerce unit as Chief Operating Officer (COO) and will focus on further developing client relationships and the business division.

Ivana Nikic, previously Head of Online Marketing, is now responsible for the online marketing unit as COO and will take over management of the marketing and strategic partnerships departments in order to accelerate the growth of client projects.

Christoph Kurz, previously Head of Development, will strategically align technological developments, further expand efficiencies in development and project activities, and drive forward transformation of the norisk Group as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
