Fabian Moritz is the new COO of the MYTY Group

MYTY brings in business and agency expert Fabian Moritz. In his new role as Chief Operating Officer, he will support the collective growth of the group and establish an overarching MYTY identity.

Berlin, December 1, 2022. Fabian Moritz, 46, comes to the group as COO with the mission of supporting its subsidiaries in achieving their objectives within the group. Moritz has over 18 years of management experience in the agency industry. During those years, his agency positions included kempetrautmann (now thjnk), Jung von Matt, Dentsu and, most recently, WEFRA LIFE. There, he was employed as managing director of the company, which specialized in pharmaceuticals and health, and developed and implemented the strategic objectives with the shareholders of the holding company.

As a communicator and orchestrator, Moritz wants to create added value out of MYTY for all partner companies. The focus is on the successful incorporation of new agencies, business development, and the activation of synergy effects in the areas of offers, talent and tech.

“In the last two years, MYTY has achieved considerable growth with the acquisition of 10 agencies from Germany and Switzerland. Now it is a matter of filling the group with life, implementing meaningful processes and communication methods, and working out the common purpose, so that collective growth is sustainable and continuous,” says Moritz.
