MYTY Group fills two key positions

Gier, 32, who has already spent five years as Senior People & Culture Manager at Strichpunkt Design and led the integration of all MYTY agencies into a new HR personnel software last year, will be responsible for defining and setting up processes and reporting structures for all group-wide People & Culture activities as Director People & Culture. She will also be a driving force in the design and development of the MYTY employer brand. Commenting on her move to the holding company, she says the following: „I’m looking forward to shaping and building the employee experience of the network alongside the agency partners as part of MYTY!”

Huber-Scheiff, 31, was most recently Communications Manager in Change and Integration at the Swiss media company Ringier AG. The communications expert will develop the strategic communications goals for MYTY and work with the management team to establish meaningful processes to increase awareness of the group and bring the brand to life both internally and externally. On her start at MYTY, she says: “The mindset at MYTY is contagious and motivating – everyone here pulls together to achieve great things. I’m very excited to work with the interdisciplinary teams in the agencies and develop MYTY into a Love Brand.”

The filling of the two key positions marks an important step in successfully driving forward the rapid growth of the group. The new colleagues bring valuable competencies and profiles with which they will positively shape the future of MYTY.
