Office Manager / Feel-Good-Manager (m/f/d)

MYTY is a network of independent agencies specializing in strategy, technology, creation, and marketing. We are currently looking for reinforcements for our House of MYTY in Berlin-Mitte. Part-time or working student? We’re flexible. At the House of MYTY, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly day to day – and that everyone feels welcome and comfortable. Your responsibilities

  • You’re our first point of contact at the House of MYTY – whether in person or on the phone – and you make sure everyone immediately feels welcome.
  • You oversee our office and reception area and bring your organizational skills to the table.
  • As the go-to person for our on-site team and for the MYTYverse (especially with our colleagues in Berlin), you act as the central hub for everything that makes daily collaboration easier.
  • For meetings and workshops, you lovingly take care of our clients and visitors – from greeting them to setting up the catering.
  • You coordinate external service providers (cleaning, tech support, catering, etc.) and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • You manage mail, packages, and everything else that arrives – including restocking snacks, drinks, and office supplies.
  • And last but not least: you bring the team together for the monthly lunch or small internal events – with plenty of heart and great planning.

Your profile

  • You have experience in office management, reception, or maybe from the hotel/catering industry? Great! If not, we’re still happy to welcome you if you bring motivation and enthusiasm.
  • You present yourself in a friendly and professional manner – whether with clients, visitors, colleagues, or service providers.
  • You have a natural service mindset, love organizing, and stay on top of things even when juggling multiple tasks.
  • Familiar with Apple or Google Workspace? Got a driver’s license? Nice to have – but not a must.
  • You work in a structured way, take initiative, and have a strong sense of order and attention to detail.
  • You’re open to adjusting your working hours flexibly to the needs of the House of MYTY.
