Munich, September 22, 2025 – norisk GmbH, one of Germany's leading full-service enterprise e-commerce agencies and part of the international agency group MYTY, today announced the complete integration of the three MYTY agencies SAGA Digital, INTEGR8, and TRG. With the legal merger on August 31, 2025, comprehensive expertise in design, brand strategy, and online marketing will be bundled within the norisk Group.
The SAGA Digital team will be fully integrated into norisk's existing design department, strengthening UX/UI expertise, digital brand management, and the ability to create digital flagship stores. Under the leadership of Alexander Baumann, previously CEO and UX/UI Design Director at SAGA Digital, a new “Brand Strategy” unit will also be created. In the future, this unit will specifically merge brand management, user experience, and campaigns into an integrated experience—with a clear focus on brand performance, i.e., creative brand staging with measurable results.
By integrating INTEGR8, norisk is significantly expanding its expertise in online marketing, communication strategy, and design. The INTEGR8 team brings comprehensive expertise in holistic digital brand management and perfectly complements the existing norisk portfolio. This is particularly true when it comes to orchestrating data-driven campaigns throughout the entire customer journey.
At the same time, the integration of TRG expands norisk's expertise in the display programmatic and affiliate marketing segment. In the future, customers will benefit from even more comprehensive marketing solutions with increased effectiveness—from a single source, strategically integrated, and with clear impact.
